welcome to our BLOOMMIND plant care app! we highly value your privacy, and this privacy policy aims to clearly explain how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, ensuring you fully understand your rights while using our app.
一、适用范围

At present, we only collect necessary registration information when you register an account on the app, such as the username, email address, and password you voluntarily provide. This information is used to create and maintain your exclusive account on our platform, ensuring you can log in normally and use basic plant care guidance functions.

Plant Sales Function: If we launch a plant sales service in the future, when you make a purchase, 我们 will collect your delivery address, contact phone number, and payment-related information (only the information necessary to complete the payment, such as account information required by the payment channel). This information is collected to ensure that the plants you purchase are delivered accurately and the payment process is completed smoothly.

我们使用您的信息主要是为了向您提供更优质、个性化的植物养护服务。例如，根据您注册时提供的信息以及后续使用应用过程中产生的数据（如养护记录等），为您精准推送适合您的植物养护知识和技巧；若开启定位，结合您的位置信息提供更贴合当地实际情况的养护建议。对于未来可能添加的功能，如植物售卖，使用您的购买相关信息仅用于完成订单处理、商品配送及售后服务；联系工作人员或人工指导时，使用您的问题描述和联系方式来解决您的问题，提升服务质量。

For example, based on the information you provided during registration and the data generated during subsequent use of the app (such as care records), we will accurately push plant care knowledge and skills suitable for you; if location is enabled, we will combine your location information to provide care advice more in line with local actual conditions. For functions that may be added in the future, such as plant sales, the purchase-related information will only be used to complete order processing, product delivery, and after-sales service; when contacting staff or seeking manual guidance, your problem description and contact information will be used to solve your problems and improve service quality.
2. 无未经授权共享
未经您事先明确许可，我们不会向任何无关第三方提供、出售、出租、分享或交易您的个人信息。但在以下情形下除外：第三方与我们共同为您提供服务，且在服务结束后，其对您信息的访问将受到严格限制。例如，若未来开展植物售卖，与合作的物流商共享您的收货地址以便配送商品，我们会与物流商签订严格的数据保护协议，确保他们仅在配送业务范围内使用您的信息，且不得将信息用于其他任何目的。

However, the following situations are exceptions: a third party cooperates with us to provide services for you, and after the service ends, their access to your information will be strictly restricted. For example, if we carry out plant sales in the future and share your delivery address with a cooperative logistics provider for delivery, we will sign a strict data protection agreement with the logistics provider to ensure that they only use your information within the scope of delivery business and will not use the information for any other purpose.

If you violate relevant laws and regulations, or the app service agreement and rules, in order to maintain platform order and the rights and interests of other users, we may need to disclose your information to relevant third parties. 四、信息存储和交换
1. 存储位置

2. 存储期限
我们 仅在为实现本隐私政策所述目的所必需的期限内保留您的个人信息，超出该期限后，我们 将对相关信息进行删除或匿名化处理。例如，在您完成植物售卖交易且售后服务结束后的合理期限内，我们 会保留您的购买信息用于可能的售后查询和统计分析；但在超过该期限后，将删除可识别您个人身份的信息，仅保留匿名化数据用于统计植物销售趋势等用途。对于注册信息，若您长期未使用应用且未注销账号，在经过合理的通知期限后，我们 也会对您的信息进行相应处理。
